The BI Method — Behavioural Intelligence for Teams

From recurring behaviour to measurable intelligence.

A Behaviour Intelligence diagnostic turns organisational behaviour into evidence leaders can understand, prioritise and act on: from the first measurement through to leadership action and reassessment.

Six steps, in order. Measure: people answer a structured assessment about observable experiences and recurring ways of working. Detect: responses are analysed for patterns appearing across the team or organisation. Quantify: presence is how widely a pattern is experienced, severity is how strongly it shows up where it occurs. Understand: results are read for priority areas and the relationships between them. Act: leaders receive prioritised areas for action drawn from the evidence. Measure again: a reassessment creates a new measurement point, so results can be compared.

A diagnostic that happens once tells you where you are. Running it again tells you whether anything changed.
